CaseloadTools ("we," "us," or "our") makes digital tools for speech-language pathologists and other special education professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, what we don't, and how our products handle your data. Contact us anytime at [email protected].
Our products are built with Google Apps Script and run within your Google account, in documents you own. When you use a product:
Because student information you enter never leaves your Google account, using our products does not disclose student records to us or to any third party. You remain responsible for following your district's policies regarding where student information may be stored.
Purchases are processed by third-party platforms (such as Lemon Squeezy), which act as the merchant of record. When you buy a product:
Our website is informational. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond.
Our website does not set tracking cookies. Third-party platforms you purchase through may use cookies under their own policies.
We use the information described above only to deliver products you purchased, respond to support requests and questions, notify purchasers of significant product updates, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We keep order records for as long as needed for support, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your information from our records at any time by contacting [email protected]; note that the platform you purchased through retains its own records under its own policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Our products and website are intended for professional adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Student information that professionals enter into our products stays in the professional's own Google account and is never transmitted to us (see Section 1).
Content you create with our products is protected by your own Google account's security. The small amount of order information we hold is accessible only to us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but the design of our products minimizes risk by keeping your data in your own account rather than ours.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
